Spanish Multinational Corporation is looking for a Document Controller to join our team in Texas developing museum contents.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze and control the project’s technical documentation related to the project development department and activities within the company’s contractual requirements and procedures.
- Preparation of documents for the client according to the project’s specific procedures.
- Definition of documentary processes.
- Analysis and control of all technical documentation related to the execution department and project activities within the company’s contractual requirements and procedures.
- Participation in the development, maintenance, and improvement of the project’s document control work processes.
- Participate in meetings as necessary for the subsequent drafting of minutes and reports.
- Validation and verification of document quality.
- Management of supplier documentation.
- Manage all aspects related to meeting preparation, as well as attending to visits received by the Project Management.
- Perform secretarial and administrative functions for the Management.
- Collection of signatures.
- Administrative support for the project development team.
Requirements:
- University Degree or Vocational Training in Secretarial Studies or Documentation.
- Minimun 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- English speaker. Spanish will be valued.
- Organizational, communication, and flexibility skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the project.
